Playdom, the makers of Facebook favorite game Tiki Farm, have another tiki-themed game that puts the player in charge of running a tropical island resort. Tiki Resort uses “tycoon-style” gameplay, where the player is tasked with creating an island getaway for patrons complete with attractions, hotels, and yes, even bathrooms!
