WDW Tiki Room rumored to reopen by June
Perhaps some good news for those of you enraged/relieved by the recent fire in Walt Disney World's Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management, which suffered a fair amount of damage: several Disney websites are reporting that the attraction will reopen in June of 2011.
Speculation is still running wild about what's going to happen to the attraction, with some reporting that a replacement Iago figure has been ordered and another claiming that pre-show toucans William and Morris have been removed as a nod to bringing back the original show. One thing is for sure: leaving the attraction closed until June gives plenty of time for some general rehab and any figures being removed may just be off for cleaning and a checkup.
