USA Today’s Top 10 Tiki Bars

USA Today's travel writer Kelly DiNardo asked Tiki Road Trip author James Teitelbaum to divulge his Top 10 list of North American tiki bars. Among the usual suspects like the Mai Kai in Ft. Lauderdale and Forbidden Island in Almedia, CA, there were a couple of surprises: Jardin Tiki in Montreal and Kowloon in Saugus, Mass (which I didn't know existed).
