Tiki Bus Tour, San Diego
"Where You Want to Be Tours" is organizing a double-decker bus tour of San Diego's finest tiki sights on the day after Thanksgiving from 2pm - 5pm. The area is rife with tiki history, from the Bali Hai restaurant to the Half Moon Inn to Trader Mort's Liquors. And you can drink while on board.
The tour begins and ends at the Bali Hai parking lot on Shelter Island.
The cost is $34.99. Call (619) 917-6037 to make a reservation by November 19. They need 15 people to do the tour, and space on the open-air top deck is limited, so make your reservations early.
