Author Sven A. Kirsten's "The Book of Tiki" re-energized the world's interest in the polynesian pop phenomenon in the early 1990s. Now he's poised to do the same thing for music with The Sound of Tiki, a 17-track compilation of surf, lounge, exotica, and hapa haole music that defines the tiki sound.
The package also includes a 52-page booklet with historical information, color photos, and fantastic artwork by Disney veteran and Enchanted Tiki Room merchandise designer Kevin Kidney.
