The New York Times on the resurgence of rum

Famed high-brow newspaper The New York Times recently published a story on rum's comeback as the cocktailian's liquor of choice. This kind of buzz actually started over a year ago, but it's always nice to see the mainstream media taking an interest.
Of interest in the Time's take on things is their focus on two bars ready to debut in California: Martin Cate's Smuggler's Cove in San Francisco and Audrey Saunders' Tar Pit in Los Angeles.
