The Beachcomber at Malibu Pier, Malibu, CA
Nestled inside The Beachcomber restaurant on Malibu Pier is the Tonga Lei Room, a tribute to the Tonga Lei restaurant, which used to occupy an adjacent building. Filled with tiki memorabilia, tapa, and barkcloth, the Bamboo Ben-designed space is available for private parties of up to 10, but it intermittently open for lunch and dinner.
The restaurant also has some exotic drinks on the menu, including "The Bootlegger," which is available in a souvenir mug.
