Spend an Evening With Rolly Crump at the Tahitian Terrace

Tahitian Terrace event with Rolly CrumpUs theme park nuts have our favorite Imagineers, the oft-unsung and nowadays anonymous geniuses who designed and built the Disney theme parks. My personal favorite is Rolly Crump, whose contributions included work on The Haunted Mansion and The Enchanted Tiki Room.

On October 13, 2012 from 6-9PM, podcast and event coordinator Mousetalgia is presenting a dinner event inside Disneyland at the former location of the Tahitian Terrace. Rolly will be on hand to discuss the Tiki Room and his work on Adventureland. He'll be joined by Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily, who not only worked on the development of Trader Sam's bar at the Disneyland hotel, but also converted several of Rolly's tiki designs and sculptures into merchandise for the parks and Disney Store.

Tickets include dinner, entertainment, and a commemorative letterpress print of one of Rolly Crump's tiki designs.

$259. Admission to Disneyland is not included.
