Midwest Hawaiian-style music from the Windy City Islanders

Windy City Islander\'s Hang LooseChicago's Windy City Islanders have a unique thing going — they play original island-style music, but not about Hawaii. Their songs are all about living in the Midwest. Hey, if the Beach Boys could make a living writing songs about California, why not this!

Their debut 12-track CD, Hang Loose, is $12 and available on their website.

The group will also be performing at the Midwest Ukefest at the end of October.
