As if any further proof was needed that the resurgence of the tiki bar has taken the U.K. by storm, this morning I discovered the existence of Lola Lo, a classically-styled establishment in Brighton which opened in June of 2010. And now it appears that a second location will be opening in Cambridge this summer, in the former location of The Soul Tree.
The interior shots of the place look gorgeous, and the drink menu doesn't look bad either. And might those be custom tiki mugs that I spy in photos?
