Internet mystery: Tiki Airlines?

Tiki Airlines?I ran across this graphic doing a Google search for "tiki" about a month ago. It was connected to a website that no longer functioned, I think from the Netherlands.

Does anyone know anything about Tiki Airlines? Please leave a comment if you do!
