Internet Explorer 6 ugliness issues fixed

Just a quick note (and an apology) for all you loyal Tiki Talk visitors:

Last night I finally got to look at the site on Internet Explorer 6 on a Windows PC and was shocked how bad it looked. Elements sticking half off the page, things spaced sporadically—what a mess!

I spent a few hours revising the CSS that styles the site and things should be looking much better from now on.

My apologies to everyone for not testing the site better when I made the switch to the 3-column format a few months ago.
