Foundation Bar, Milwaukee, WI
I'm feeling embarrassed that I hadn't heard of the Foundation Bar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which is a full-on traditional tiki bar in the heart of beer country.
From the photos posted online, the decor is spot on, and the 30+ drinks on the menu offer all of the classics (Blue Hawaiian, Fog Cutter, Jet Pilot, Navy Grog, Nui Nui, Shark's Tooth, Zombie) and then some. The hand-made Mai Tais, in particular, have gotten rave reviews.
