Brad Parker (Tiki Shark) “Ocean Dreams” Art Show, Manhattan Beach, CA
We've featured the artwork of Brad Parker (aka Tiki Shark) previously, but this week marks a new milestone for the artist: his own one-man gallery show.
From now through October 14, 2010, La Luz de Jesus Gallery presents "Ocean Dreams" at The Manhattan Beach Creative Arts Center. Although the 10 pieces in the show are sold out, it's not too late to visit the gallery and enjoy them in person.
Brad is a super-talented painter who has an amazing understanding on how to render light. As a member of The Crazed Mugs, I feel especially lucky because Brad is being generous enough to allow us the use of the image of his painting "Forbidden Island" (pictured) for our next album cover.
